When will my order be shipped?

We ship ground orders on Mondays. Express orders are shipped on Monday and Wednesday.

How long can you hold my order?

 
A

We can hold orders for three months from purchase at no cost. Thereafter, we charge $1/bottle every month. All bottles held longer than one year will be considered forfeit.

Can I pick up my order?

Appointments can be picked up at our offices in Torrance, CA. Appointments are required.

When can I pick up my order?

Our offices are open Mon-Thur, 10am to 5pm and Fri, 10am to 3pm. Appointments are required. CA Sales tax due for pickups. We are closed weekends and holidays. An adult ID is required for pick up.

Where do you get your inventory?

We purchase the majority of our stock from private collections.

Can I inspect products before purchase?

 
A

All of the pictures in our listings are of the actual product you'll be purchasing. In cases where a listing has multiple bottles, we take pictures of the item in the poorest condition. Please contact us if you need additional images or have questions concerning provenance.

Are there further discounts?

We make every effort to offer our products at reasonable prices and additional discounts are not available. We suggest you join our newsletter to receive emails about our weekly sales.

What kind of wine do you buy?

 
A

We primarily purchase high end wine from Napa, Bordeaux, Champagne, and Bourgogne. We also purchase expressions from other regions that are in high demand. We're only interested in purchasing wine that has been properly kept.

Yes, we purchase Scotch, Bourbon, and other premium dark spirits.

We only purchase high demand items in pristine condition.

Response times will vary depending on the size of your collection and the current volume of requests. Please let us know if you're on a short timeline.

Tell me more about your evaluation process.

 
A

We are highly experienced in appraising and evaluating wine and spirits. When we evaluate your collection, we consider a number of variables including vintage, producer, origin, provenance, current condition, and demand on the secondary market.

Q

How do I package and ship my bottles? Can you come to appraise and pickup?

 
A

Once we agree upon an offer for your bottles, we will send you instructions on how to safely pack them for transport. We ask that you provide the packing materials for your shipment, but cover shipping costs to our offices in Torrance, CA.

In very special cases, we can even arrange an onsite evaluation and purchase of your collection.

How do you pay?

We typically make payments by check or ACH transfers.

How long will it take to receive my payment?

 
A

You'll receive your check within days of receipt of your bottles. ACH transfers typically take one business day. Compare this to weeks or months when consigning your collection.
